Description of Accommodation - Downstairs

Entrance to the cottage is through a covered lobby - perfect for sandy shoes! and a short hop away is the downstairs bathroom which we have converted into a 'wet-room'.

You can come straight off the beach and into the wet-room. The whole room has been tiled, the floor is non-slip and there is a good strong shower to rinse yourselves and all the beach paraphenalia.

Also downstairs there is an bright and spacious kitchen /dining room with a large wooden table. There is a wood burning stove in the dining room for colder days in the winter. The kitchen has a fan-oven, electric hob, microwave, and fridge freezer.

Both the kitchen and dining room have large original sash windows overlooking the front garden.

Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs, firstly a good sized double with plenty of storage, bedside tables etc. Next door is a large bunkroom. The bunk beds are standard 3ft (NOT the kiddies 2'6" size!), this room also has plenty of storage space. Both the downstairs bedrooms face the back garden, the windows are large original sash, and the double room still has it's original shutters intact.

The hall leads to stairs to the first floor.....
