Description of Accommodation - upstairs

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms.

Firstly the master double bedroom, with wardrobe and storage space, this room also looks over the back garden and has it's original sash-window and shutters.

Off the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom - recently refurbished this room has a full-sized shower bath, washbasin and wc.

The second upstairs bunkroom is smaller than downstairs although still has the adult sized mattresses. There is less storage room, although the space provided in the master bedroom is more than enough to accommodate clothing etc for the bunk room. The bunk room fits a bedside table and lamp and a tall but narrow set of drawers.

The main sitting room is located upstairs, to afford a great view over St Ives and glimpses of Portminster Beach.

The room is light and airy, it has seating to accommodate eight people, coffee tables, book shelves (with a wide diversity of books!), there is also a TV and DVD player.

THE HIGHLIGHT UPSTAIRS IS AN AREA THAT IS GLAZED FLOOR TO CEILING, AND OVERLOOKS THE HARBOUR - THE AREA MAKES A PERFECT SMALL STUDIO FOR ARTISTS OR POTTERS, OR IS SIMPLY A GREAT PLACE FOR A CUP OF COFFEE OR GLASS OF WINE OVERLOOKING ST IVES.
